We hear a lot about Corsican wines, but the Isle of Beauty produces many beers and liqueurs.
Among the best-known beers, we find Pietra, sweet and amber made from chestnut flour, or Colomba, a white beer with flavors of maquis herbs…. It’s up to you to choose the one that suits you best !
The island’s liqueurs are made from herbs and plants from the maquis such as myrtle, chestnuts, and even citrus fruits (especially pomelo). They are generally served at the end of a meal.
